Que protection doesn't work ?

2nd time in a row where I'm forced to restart my computer and after 2 mins I lost my que protection and can't log in cuz im 700th in the que again... what happens if Im in a Raid/Dungeon/Bg while this occures again ? Pls fix

i deal with que every day i am playing, so i know, this wasint 2 mins, you have 5mins +-1min to log back in without losing que.
