[ANSWERED]Coins were deducted for no reasons

Coins in my account were deducted by around 100 coins for no reasons two days ago, I have checked the full history section, however there is no details showed relate to this issue. I wrote a general enquiry ticket in Support section, Can someone please tell me what else I should do?
