5.6 GS Warlock Destruction LF a guild that does ICC 10 mans

Hi! I'm having issues with finding a decent friendly guild with wich I can get some experience in ICC . Most guilds here are hardcore but I dont have the knoledge for them.I have raiding experience but not on wotlk .I've played vanilla up to Cthun (forgot the raid name :p).As for ICC I've done a couple of raids wich went as far as a NM pug can get u (PP).
