Magister's Terrace / Unyielding Belt

Hey there, I'm curious if Magister's Terrace is in the game yet.

I could have sworn I saw the Unyielding Belt (or its plan) on the AH awhile ago, but apparently this only comes out of Magister's Terrace... does anyone know about this?

Is MT out? Is there another way to get this plan or belt?

Edit: After some more research it seems that this belt pattern doesn't just come from MT, so I'll keep my eyes on the AH!
Still curious on if/when MT will be released tho so i can get the Stam/Resil head enchant!
