Cant speak in raids when im in bg's

So when im in ordeery raid in dungeons or 2v2,3v3 and so on, there is no problem...... BUT when i join WGS,AB,EYE or AV when i type something in raid or party and i press ENTER to send it nothing happens the message doesn't appear at the screan and no one of my teammates cant see it....i try everything i see at the setings but i cant fix it.... pls tell me what to do

Type /bg and then you should be able to type.
