WotLK Trinket choise 3.3.5 PvP SP

Hi friends,

I am getting sincerely in doubt wether to go for Bauble of Truth or Charred Twilight Scale as my secondary trinket (signet being my primary).
I am playing with a UH DK in 2v2, where I am the target, the opponent go for in 19/20 games. I currently have almost 1400 ressi to boost my survivability, but I am still getting downed fairly quickly by rogues and UH DKs. - So my biggest issue is still survivability I guess, I dont struggle too bad with mana issues atm. however I only have around 600 haste (not even soft cap).
Which trinket would be the best choise here? The haste+SP for increased PWS and flash of light, or the Bauble for the burst heal?

Sorry for the off topic reply but, flash of light is pala spell, you probably mean flash heal.
