Quest call of water (Shaman class quest) bugged

Hi there. Icecrown server.
Quest Call of Water (shammy class quest )wont work. When I try to fill brown waterskin at the right place, nothing happens. Please help me! Thanx. Trying to do it 3 days in a row.
