    Problem with transfer

    I tried to transfer my paladin Sweex from medivh to outland the 8 around 23:50 GMT+1

    something went wrong and my pally is nowhere to be found

    Can you please get me some help?

    Hi,
    I opened a request yesterday for my character Sweex which disappeared during a server transfer.
    You told me to open a ticket on the site via the support tab. ( https://www.warmane.com/account/support )
    But I can't open a ticket there, this tab ask me to choose the subject of my ticket but only proposes "Ban appeal"
    And the fact that I've no ban active on my account make me unable to choose the precise ban and so to complete my ticket.
    Could you help me via request or via the forum, or even a mail to address?

    I got the same problem and i dont know what to do. I opened ticket in-game and i will see what will they do. If i find the answer i will reply again on your post. Gl in finding the answer!

    If you can do it, just make a ticket on the page I linked previously, if you can't, email [email protected] with a detailled description of the case and your account name (not your password obviously)
    My case has been solved earlier today
