Technical Help! I lost my google authenticate and my account has been locked!

Hello there, I desperately need help.

my account has been locked and has asked for my google authenticate code in order to unlock it. The issue is that I have a new phone and with the old one being dead, there is no way I can get the code to get in.

The only tab I can go onto on the website is the "Forum" tab, hence why I can make this post. i've essentially been locked out of all services with no way of getting back in and am unable to remove the authenticator from my account due to the "My account" page being locked. I've spent good money on my warmane account so I'm seriously hoping I can get it back. Any help that allows me to get my account back will be majorly appreciated.
