WotLK I can't make new character, please help.

Hello, i can't make new character on Wotlk-Icecrown because it says "you already have the maximum number of characters allowed on this account warmane" but i have only 6 atm, deleted 2 of them like 30 min ago, any help?

that message it is beacuase you have already 50 characters on your account (theoretically) and you can not make a new one.

If you have less than 50 characters on your account you may open a ticket on website to solve the problem if you are premium OR send an email to [email protected] if you are not

I did a ticket 5 hours ago, no reply, is there any other way? except email(it will be even slower i guess)? :D
