Burning Crusade Fresh 70 Mage and Rogue need some direction

Hey all you fabulous PVP'ers,

Buddy of mine and I are new 70's and want to do the PVP thing now on Outland (just transferred from Medivh) and need some direction on where to start. It's been so long and I don't really remember where to begin. Should we try to gear up with some rep-vendor blues, or crafted gear? Or should we just jump in getting our 10 arena's and just start grinding honor?

Also looking for some quick help with where the important vendors are located, again as googling these things you find all kinds of very fragmented info. I.e. atlas loot says Cenarion Exp quartermaster sells evoker's gear, but apparently it isn't installed on this patch, etc.

Links to other threads is also greatly appreciated as sifting though all of them so far isn't exactly answering to these basics. I apologize.

Farm honor and badges and gear via them completely.
Gladiator set's are located in Stormwind as well as offset pieces and other thingies (stormwind champion's hall).

That should set you completely.Be ready to grind for a month tho :P
