WotLK Will donating help queue times?

I'd like to donate some money to the server so I can get ahead in the queue. Is this a thing? I've read a thread hinting that this would be the case if I donate. Thanks!

Edit: At what donation amount do I get "premium membership"?

Edit 2: I found this http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=307442 I am assuming that 10 euro is the minimum donation to be able to access premium, as there are no other denominations listed on the donation page.

10 euro will indeed get you premium and allow you to skip que. not sure on visa giftcards but i know prepaid mastercards work. a lot of people recommend using subway gift cards as it's apparently very easy.
