Is the shadowmourne questline working? If not what step is it bugged at?

It can be completed,however the last two parts requires patience,as shard droprates are bugged(takes 2x-3x more time than on retail),and when you finish the line you have to message a GM with ss for it to be mailed to you.

Gm checks if you have if you've done the quest the legit way and if so just adds the quest in your quest logs, you turn in the quest and get SM + Feat of Strength http://wotlk.evowow.com/?achievement=4623
