The Purification of Quel'Delar - Can not deliver

The quest "The Purification of Quel'Delar" was completed by me. However I can not deliver the quest to the "Myralion Sunblaze" NPC. Help me please.

i really dont know what are devs doing.... this quest sometimes works, sometimes not, sometimes it bugs on this part, sometimes on sunwell part etc...

I notified devs, plus there is a report about it in the bug tracker. Hopefully issue will be solved soon.
