(Assuming a basic setup of melee group with a enhance shaman and only one bloodlust per fight)

Arms - around 1600 without Feral
Arms - around 1700 with Feral
Fury - around 1700 without Feral
Fury - around 1850 with Feral
Kazrogal
Arms - around 1450
Fury - personally never did it
P.S. Due to the constant 5k aoe stun, it is not suppose to be fight favoring melee
Azgalor
Arms - around 1650
Fury - personally never did it
P.S. Another fight that don't favor melee that much unless some healer pocket heal you in fire rain(which I don't have)
Archimonde
Survival is the key, Dps is not relevant
Teron Gorefiend (With one bloodlust, no Feral)

Fury - Around 2300, aggro is the main problem here, not DPS (https://i.imgur.com/jlnfHOC.jpg)
Arms - Useless in this boss fight
In brief, if your damage are not even close to your fury damage, it means that you need some consideration of the value of 4% debuff
