Burning Crusade Resist my open-PvP

Hello guys, hello rogues!

Sorry for my bad 'ingrish' but i have some questions about rogue which i want to know..

Recently i started to play rogue on TBC, i dont know so much about rogues in this expansion. So can anyone tell me hit cap for PvP? And why i have so much problems with my open? Too many geared players resist my cheap shot, sometimes kidney shot too.. What is the problem? do i need more hit rating,120 is low?

Hit cap for PvP is 5%. Alot of classes have talents to resist stuns. Orc racial also comes into play as well. Orc+warrior pretty much means you aren't going to get a stun off.
