WotLK what happened with MINING

after some time i logged into the wotlk servers, and surprisingly my twinks lost a bunch of stamina. the mining needed 25 lvl and got the 60stami, now says need 55lvl and the toughness rank 6 doesnt counts anymore. why is that?

That is what they call fixing bugs.

If you are not 55 for example you should not get the benefit. If you are 55 you get it. Amazing.
