Anyway to get Draenor MODs?

I heard from someone you can just replace the data folder with Draenor's? Is that true? If yes, anything I need to know? If not, what can I do?

I have never tested them so good luck ( I do not recommend to use new Models. It just increases the chance to have crashes/random-problems)
