So, i can see emisaries walking around the capital cities, and as i remember, there were bonus honor in a selectected BG every weekend, so, im wondering if this is working in outland, because i cant notice if i get more honor or not.
Anyone knows if it is working? Any staff member can confirm it?

Just do 1 bg and then compare it to the same bg with the same stats/ time on another day.
