WotLK Past donor(i think)

Its been 2 years since i was last on the server, dont really want to go into details about why its been so long but its been 2 years.
I have a donation bought sword for a realm that no longer even exists any more in my account, just wondering if my account should have a premieum sub to bypass any ques attached to it, or if its a monthly thing.
Im sure there maybe answers in the forums somewhere however i didnt really know what to actually search for to find specific answer to my actual question.

So i found out that Ragnoros and another server merged into one and during my time away from the server i lost my chance to take characters along with me.
If i still have the donor stuff on the account do i still get to have the priviliges to subscriptions?
A friend of mine has been away for the same time, has donor items bought and has the subscription, wondering why my account didnt get it.
