Website password reset STILL NOT WORKING, 6 months later

I make a thread about it in July, and i still cant get to my old account. Its been like this way before i even made that post, i cant understand how something like this can go unnoticed for so long... The website asks for the captcha on the password page where its not present and returns a json response array...

Am i going to get ignored again? Who do i have to talk to about this? How have you not noticed that nobody can reset a password for so long?

It works for me and doesn't ask for captcha. So the bug doesn't affect everyone. If you tried to log in before that, it might be asking for captcha because of login attempts. Also try from different browser.

If you can't get it to work, you can also try to send an email to [email protected].
