Character Names Unavailable

Hello!

I had some names reserved and deleted one of them to use the name for a new character I was about to start. When I attempted to create the new character the name were unavailable.

About only 30 seconds to a minute passed between deletion to new character creation.

I attempted the same with another reserved name and the same thing occurred; the name was unavailable. I noticed there are inactivity wipes going on but I can't recall when was the last time I logged in to my account (I believe it was September 2017). Was I supposed to log into the character with that name at least once or before having deleted it to have the name saved?

Just found it strange how quickly the names were already unavailable.

Edit:

I attempted to create more characters and am told I've reached the limit but there are visibly two empty slots. I suppose the characters mentioned above were not deleted correctly.

I.E. My characters slots are invisible.

I'll see what I can do on my end here!

You need to wait a server crash to able to use those names again. That is it
