Please solve problem with disconnect! I can not even log in, cause It is automatically disconnecting when Im logging into my character! Please check my IP Adress and solve this problem as soon as possible... Burning Crusrade - Outland

At the moment there are 10.000+ players online, and there is no new thread opened filled with people that are having the same problem you have.
Could it be that the issue is on your end? just asking :)

I have the same problem, and I made topic yesterday.
There was one man, who also had same problem.

It all heppened after server crashes few days ago.
Furthermore. Approx 2 weeks ago, I started to constantly freeze on "retrieving character data" screen. I thought mb it's some cliend problem and reDL it, but still problem persists and now I can't play at all.

yea I know that there are 10k people playing but I know a lot people that faced this problem with disconeect, until crashing the server it worked well but after maintance I had problem with disconnect, and what we should do? we spent a lot of time to gear up our chars and happing this ****
