Burning Crusade The Affray (Berserk stance) quest bugged ?

Hello, so i went on Fray Island (Barrens) in order to turn in starting quest for berserk stance questchain, but once i turned it in, and accepted following quest (The Affray) my game just stopped responding, When i close the game and log in again, once loading finishes, game stops responding again, i cant do anything except wait for the quest timer to finish(the quest has 10 min quest timer then it fails). Fellow warriors, u didnt have problem like this ? If yes did you solve it somehow ?

Disable all addons and it works. Took me forever to figure out too because it just doesn't seem related even though that's a "common troubleshooting step".
