Are you 100% sure all 10 games were played before reset? When do you remember playing? Was it even close?

It looks like you played after the flush because otherwise it would be 0-0 on the left tab.

I am sure,because i participated in 10 games myself.I played day before reset at 17:00 server time,11 hours before reset,all 10 games.

U see weekly score because i clicked 'weekly stats' to show i actually,and everyone in my team played all games.

Take a screenshot right now that shows the weekly stats.

If it's 0-0 then you played before reset and deserve the points.
If it's 6-4 then you're lying.

The other 0-0 screenshot could have been taken after the reset but before you played the games since it was taken over 2 days ago by comparing the kills.

And its extremely unlikely that some bug affected you but nobody else and only for a single week.

So don't be angry; be thankful since we're helping the GM's investigate; and if you're truthful then you should have nothing to worry about.

It is easy to investigate last time i played arena,and if i got any points or not.I was GM long time ago,when Kaer used to play and when server had different name.It can be done but only if you are willing to.

As long as GM's truthfully investigate(IF),i should get points.

Actually i saw couple topics on the forum,of people complaining they did not get arena points after flush.Not this week,but in the past.Everyone on my team got points but me.

I couldn't care less honestly about scamming for 288 points which i deserved by playing,but collecting points during period of 35days,and day i was supposed to get enough points for shield,i get trolled by system.

I did. Except I considered that maybe it was a difference in timezones / server time. And it was weird that he posted an SS from 3 days ago, which could have been after reset but before the games. Also a very odd bug. Especially since i've gotten points every week without a problem. But the new screenshot double confirms it.

You tried to 'bust' me but as you can see i am not a liar.

And even if GM's decide to help(which i doubt),they wont check screen shots no matter how many screens i post and no matter what i say.They will investigate in their own way.

I am sure there must be a good reason why your points are delayed and it's not like you lost 5k points. Give them time, they will surely look into it. They're good people.

Meantime can you please check if any of your teammates having same problem? Did they also not get any points or it's just your account?

I talked to them,that was the first thing i did.And yes,they got 388 points.

Well that's why I didn't accuse you but let you prove it instead and it was just highly suspicious. I also don't like dishonest people so of course i'm going to try and call them out. Even though you're not one of them. So I respect you for being truthful even though I already did before this.

And I think the GM's dont grant points because of the potential for internal abuse, but I could be wrong.

Dont know if this still apply today, but i remember in the old day of molten. If you where in a loading screen when the flush hit you didnt get ur points and the gms did nothing back then. Cant tell you if it's works like that today tho...
