[ANSWERED]Missing characters after transfer

Hello i transfered 2 characters from Medivh to Outland on 16. and they just disappeared. In my account section is wtitten that transfer is completed but characters are not listed in Medivh nor Outland. Cant write ticket because there is just "ban appeal" option and i tried to contact staff through email but nothing is going on with my problem. Thank you for response
