[ANSWERED]Why the health bar is displayed in % ?

Hello, a question came in my mind, simply, why in this server especially, the health bar doesn't display the health points but vulgarly percentage as noob and how to make a great display ?

Please try changing it in the interface option (if it's still available) if not, try an addon.

On the TBC expansion it is like that by design, you can't see enemy mob or player's HP just their percentage!
