WotLK No characters on account

I had a few characters on my account and haven't played for a year or maybe even two years. I logged in recently to my account and see that it's empty. So my question is simple: is it possible to restore my characters?

Ragnaros and Deathwing have been merged into 1 realm: Icecrown.
Players had 1 years of time to move their characters to the new realm.

it should be too late to recover your old chaarcters but you may try to contact [email protected] as last chance ( or opening a ticket on website if you are premium)

My characters were on Frostwolf and Lordaeron, so it seems another issue happened...
