Im 5.5k balance druid and looking for arrangements for "Conqueror of Champion of Ulduar" Progression (Algalon)

I`m in love with the place and today I did a 25 man pug there and it was just awful...
I dont honestly know how people can fail so hard with 5-6k gs , but still they talk smart and ninja pull and leave the raid with 15+ other people wanna to finish it, this went on for a while and it was just awful again..

Please IF you are planing to do a long and giving ulduar raid with fun whisper me online eaither on horde or alliance whenever you see me on :)

(Ps i know all the normal mode tacks - I just came from a progression server were we needed to progress it with 4.3k + ish gs .)
