About Stark:

Stark was Formed by a group of Scandinavian players and has evolved into an international progression Guild. As of recently we are undergoing a Hard Reset of our Mission statement and Raid Core. Therefore we are looking for new and active members with the goal to Progress throughout TBC end game content with us. Guild related participation is highly encouraged and members are expected to help fellow members out.

Raid Times:

Wed / Thu / Sun 6-10pm Server Time. Wed & Thu are for current Tier content whilst Sundays are for New Content progression and/or Completion of other goals.

Loot System:
Item distribution will be Loot counseled with a Need to replace Priority. In the event there is no Obvious item to be replaced, our EP/GP=PP system will decide the recipient of the new Item. Premium Items will be distributed in the same fashion.

Recruitment:

Our goal is to form a Strong 25 Man Core that will be subject to very minimal change!

Due to our Hard Reset of our Core we are looking for Goal oriented and Active players, experience is always a plus. However do not feel discouraged if you are a fast learner and are ready to follow experienced leadership.

**Ranged DPS and Healer classes** are what we are looking for the most at the moment, exceptional players will be considered too.

An invitation to the guild will not guarantee a core spot however. You will need to prove yourself and show merit in order to earn your spot!



Being part of <STARK>:

We are aiming to become a self sufficient guild. This means that every Core member is expected to max their professions and contribute to Raiding needs. Your Items must be Gemmed/Enchanted with the best available options and provided by guild members if possible. The same goes for Raid consumables and repairs.

Attendance for Raid nights will be monitored and is part of our EP/GP system in order to have a smooth progression experience
