Haste Value for Spriest

Hi All,

Simple question, can someone confirm the haste value for spriest on this server is the Non gimped value. I was under the impression that Haste=1 dmg after 1400 as that was what it was 2.4.3 However some people argue that the server runs on the gimped haste stats. Trying to settle a debate.

Assuming you're talking about WoTLK, I believe 1269 was the exact haste milestone, after which its value goes down by quite a bit.
