Hello there!

We from <Zero Integrity> moved to Outland from Medivh with the free server migration, and we're now looking for new playmates. We came from a server where recruiting was not optimal, so now we're looking for exceptional players to help our raidroster get to the next level.


About <Zero Integrity>:

We were the longest standing actively raiding guild on Medivh, at least on alliance side. Before the server closed down, we were also ranked #1, because not only have we been together for long, we've also been able to stay friends in a competitive environment. The guild was named <Chaos Inquisition> on Medivh, a name that origined from previous Guild Masters and officers - so when we got the chance to "start over", Seikugodx and myself (Bestshamaneu) decided to rename.

A lot of people ask us about the name, and it actually stems from an old meme on Medivh, where other alliance guilds had us branded as people without any integrity. Hopefully, we will get the chance to prove to you, that it's obviously not the case.


Who are we looking for?

As previously mentioned, we're a very competitive environment, yet we stay friends. We all strive to be the best, we all put the work in, and most of all; we all enjoy winning, especially as a team. We're looking for fellow players with that mentality. To make it into bullet points:

- You have a huge amount of experience with raiding
- You are able to take criticism
- You want to be prepared
- You have social skills
- You know when to joke, and when not to
- You enjoy the game
- You have a working microphone, and you're not too shy to use it

If you feel like these bullet points above more or less describe you as a human being, then you're exactly what we're looking for.


Raiding in <Zero Integrity>

As mentioned, we're a guild with the focus of winning, therefore we will run whatever setup benefits the guild most. It does sometimes require people to sit out for multiple bosses, not because of their capabilities, but rather their class and role. You need to be willing to accept that your class is not magically a hybrid creature which can do everything ingame.

We're raiding 3 days a week:
- Monday (18.00-22.00 server time, 19.00-23.00 CET)
- Wednesday (18.00-22.00 server time, 19.00-23.00 CET)
- Sunday (18.00-22.00 server time, 19.00-23.00 CET)

However, it does happen during progress times that we throw in extra raids. All extra raids are 100% voluntary, and that will never change. We also tend to go a little over raid time to get the last pull in, but nothing more than 10 maybe 15 minutes, because we respect people have somewhere to be 6 am or whatever is the case.

During raids, we have an excellent raid leadership. It consists of three extremely prepared and committed players with previous top experience from retail. We are pretty sure that we know what it takes to win, and we strive to lead all our raids there. It may sound like a cluster****, but in practice, it works very well.

All our loot is distributed via lootcouncil, and the lootcouncil's primary goal is gearing for progress. Then it doesn't matter if we benefit more from putting gear on a 6 month member, or a 3 day trial. If it serves the better purpose on the trial, he gets it. Only during farm periods seniority will hold any meaning, which I personally believe it should as well.


Well, what do you need?

We're a guild that always seeks to improve, on all positions actually. So if you feel like you're the best holy priest, fire mage, fury warrior, combat rogue or whatever in the world, and you could easily steal away raid spots; then do not be afraid to speak up.

However the current recruitment situation also varies a lot, so therefore, it would be ideal to contact an officer ingame to inquire about positions.


Where do I sign up?

We hold personal interviews with all the candidates we feel shows promise, therefore we do not need an application process. You simply just log on to the server, and then you hit up either:

- Seikugodx (Guildmaster, melee friend)
- Bestshamaneu (Officer, caster friend)
- Notkyn (Officer, tank friend)
- Carune (Officer, healing friend)

We are all online quite a lot, so it should be possible to catch one of us online.

Swiggity swooty, we're still looking for a boomie!

Since this post has been created, we've also been so fortunate to kill Illidonger, which means we're back to farming. This means that people attuned to T5 but not T6 once again has a real shot at trialing. But if you want us to invest time in you, then you have to be beyond exceptional. If you fit the profile, then we can't wait to hear from you.

To give an update on what we need:

- 1-2 strong healers (shamans preferably, others considered)
- 1-2 casters (mages/warlocks)
- 1 exceptional feral tank druid
- 1 boomkin druid

Attunements are currently not a deciding factor, but having BT attunements ready is a huge plus, because we're able to bring you straight into our raids, and trial you then. We still have high standards for players, and we will not consider players who do not put effort in to being the best. We believe that if we find the last couple of exceptional raiders, we would be a top 3 guild on the server. If this sounds appealing to you, contact us ingame, our names are listed as above.
