Edgy names are not explicitly against the Player Code of Conduct.

You can report a character if you think it is named with an overtly racist slur or aggressively offensive action (I daren't even suggest examples), as that may fall under the general rule of "No Social Mistreatment".

Do so using the in-game ticket system, and state your reasons for deeming the name inappropriate. Utilize the directions in this thread: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325598

I, personally, would say it is not worth your time or effort. But if you feel you must do something, the ticket system is the option you have.
