Can you link those Gems?
I've seen the +8 Spell Hit Gem in-game (Great Dawnstone). Maybe Outland hasn't progressed to +10 Spell hit Gems yet (since it's still assuming contents of Patch 2.1.0).

But feel free to correct me.

it's a rare drop from MH bosses. It's also avialable during sunwell patch for repuatation, the same recipie I mean

Then my guess is that Outland realm has not progressed to that point "yet".

However, if you have seen that Gem on any character, please let me know because I'm also interested in Spell hit gems.
