Site Account recovery options are not working!

I have a friend who played on the BC server, but the problem is is that he forgot his password!
He went to the account recovery page and typed in his info, when he clicks continue it sends him to a white page saying:

Now at this point, I thought it was his pc, so I tried it and I get the same results.
I am pretty sure there is nothing we can do on our side to fix it..
He also tried emailing the admins but also had this said: {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}
If there is a fix, does anyone know it?

He already did that... It said use the website to recover the account.
