Didn't receive gear on level-up

Hi, I just recently used my coins to level-up but when logging in, I still have my grey level 5 gear.

Please help.

Coins. It comes as a package with the leveled character.

On every realm It asks to select itemset.
So I guess it would be better to adjust the description for other realms to avoid confusion among players...

I was mistaken when I initially replied & hadn't realized starting gear had been fully implemented. It's working as intended & in this case it appears they simply did not realize they had to visit a mailbox to extract their characters starting gear.
