Realms Need immediate change for warlocks please

Hi I used to be able to get soul shards in duels.

But for some reason it's bugged now and I can't get them. I tried so many times

Now I have to waste so much time farming them

Or purposely join BGs when i don't even want to just to farm shards, which wastes time and a slot for ppl who want to BG...

I don't think it's a bug because it used to work perfectly. I was wondering why they would remove it.. i checked bug tracker it's not on there

There is a contradiction in your post. You are using the section to skip the Bug Tracker section. If there isn't a report, please open one.
