about anticheat violation[ANSWERED]

Hi.
There were a topic about anticheat violation, it was closed so i decided to write here.
The reply there was by Palutena:
"No it is not listed because it is not a "reason". It is the number of times you've been caught by it. Whatever you are doing that catches you, better to avoid as the ban time increases every time and the 4th is a permanent ban. You may try a ban appeal if you think it was an incorrect ban but it is unlikely."

My question is: when you start fix textures, and what should do people that got ban for textures falling after fear for example. This question is called with "You may try a ban appeal if you think it was an incorrect ban but it is unlikely". So policy is one-sided? But warmane have texture problems, that's why for example the Ring of Valor is disabled, so pls decide this and we all be aware of your new Anticheat!

Falling through textures won't get you banned or detected as tampering with World of Warcraft files/process, so this isn't an issue.
