    I didnt get my coins for donating?

    Hey, I donated 20e for 22coins, yet I didnt receive them coins. The money has been taken of my bank account. I did this hours ago, I also sent a ticket in-game but got no answer. Please help, I can provide screenshots of the transaction etc. if needed, thanks!

    The system is automated to give you coins as soon as we receive a payment. You should contact Paymentwall and let us know if they've already fully processed it. We don't actually handle any of the transactions, we only receive with a receipt.
