1. Discussion: Ninjalooting Gbanks

    Hi guys,

it is confirmed by gamemasters that you are allowed to kick people out of your guild and ninja guildbank.

"There is nothing we can do about that, sorry"
Statement of staffmember ( I don't want to tell the name)

    Not even banning

What do you think about that? Shouldn't they fix their rules

  2. Wouldn't it be easier to just not blindly trust people on the internet?

  3. Working as intended.

Warmane merely provides the rope. You can build a bridge with it, or you can hand it to someone and they can build a noose with it.

Guild management is a core component of gameplay in this and future expansions, and it is the players (particularly the Guild Master, and his or her assigned officers) prerogative to fully vet who has access and control of resources placed into the Guild Bank. A guild manager explicitly gives permission to particular members of the guild to withdraw whatever limits he or she sets.

If that action exceeds the expectations of the GM and/or other guild members, it's really not Warmane's concern.

it was the guildmaster who stole everything, so don't talk nuts pls.

so robbing 40 people is okay but ninjaloot in dungeons will be banned?

Yes, In dungeons everyone is in the same position, in guild, gm is the only one who has right to change anything in guild, its your problem if you put something in his bank.

  6. you gave someone who lives off of welfare gm of the guild

    what do you expect ROFL

  7. Fleshtower the hero overload needed but did not deserve

  8. Kaiproctor did the same thing to the guild Echo, sold everything and bought all 22 slot bags to sell his toon for more coins. life goes on

Yes, this is still working as intended. You inherently gave those items to the GM, as the owner and executor of the guild and it's resources. Philosophically, this is little different than you putting a valuable item or heap of gold in a trade window to show off (and making the poor mistake of hitting confirmation), and then being astounded that the person accepted it and won't return it.

It stinks, but the lesson to be learned is to be careful with who you trust, and even more careful about sharing anything you're not willing to lose. There are certainly respectable and trustworthy GMs out there. But there are just as certainly folk who will do anything to make a dime, or will stop at nothing to wreak vengeance for perceived slights.
