Guild Transfer [ANSWERED]

Hello, i'm an officer of the guild <F R O S T B R I N G E R> and the GM hasn't been for over an year and i would like to get the Guild Master rank, if possible.
http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037 in this thread its stated that i can get guild master if the GM is inactive and my rank is 2-4.
I would like to do this now, thanks for your time!
