Reportable? Yes.

Whether it's bannable is up to the GMs. Perhaps suspense-worthy.

Method for reporting such things would be to submit an in-game ticket with the time you witnessed, identification details of character in question (name/class/race), and a link to the screenshot evidence.

It is bannable as it is clear exploit to specc enhance and then unlearn the specc,but weapons are able to dual wield even as ele.
Needs to be fixed.

a petty gesture of impotent rage from hypocritical scrubs. why is this thread still open? report it in game and make a bug report on the bugtracker and be done with it.
