Technical Cannot connect after move

Hello Guys,
I have a problem to connect.
I had to move to the different country ( Spain ) and staying at University accommodation Where I cannot connect to the server.
Everytime I am trying to connect, I am stuck on Connecting and after few second get a message Unable to connect.
That's probably because University blocked non common ports, but does some program exist or something that would solve this problem ?
( btw. I cannot write admin to change ports or ask school to change )
