WotLK Why is Fury not Viable in PvP?

Last time I played warrior was years ago! Being new back then, I didn't care for PvP at all. Honestly, I don't even remember which spec I leveled in.

So, I'd like to know what is it exactly that Fury is lacking to be weak in PvP? Another question I have is: Prot is said to be good at leveling due to revenge but why go arms if Prot is strong, keeping in mind WPvP? Everyone says, go arms if u care about WPvP.

Fury pvp according to me is weak in pvp cause u can only charge once in combat using intercept. Ranged will easily be able to kill u. Charge isn’t usable in combat for fury and warriors are very vulnerable to kites
I don’t think it’s necessary to level arms. I leveller my warrior in prot spec and it was awesome. Was able to kill people as well. I don’t think u HAVE TO spec arms for wpvp
