Two-factor Authentication trouble

I cannot log-in either my account or the game since two-factor authentication says it sent the core on my g-mail , but i've received nothing so far. more than attempts to log in and still nothing happens. i cannot even turn that authenticator off, any fix for that ? i cannot play unless this is solved, if anybody else is having the same problem then please state it here as well.
