This has happened to me multiple times in dungeons

I am unable to roll on certain gear but when I look in the chat window, I see these players receiving loot. That is without having to roll for that gear piece, the window with the roll/greed/pass/disenchant window doesn't come out

Is this some sort of bug or an addon interference?
