GMs cannot delete mounts, add or remove items from characters, because they don't have that power. That would need to be done by a developer with access to the database. It is not an option offered to players on request. If you were playing on Mists of Pandaria expansion that wouldn't be a problem as the mounts are binded to account and you could make another character with said professions.
