Hello :) Cause I'm at work at the moment, later today I'll post you some sample gear avaiable by vote shop items so you can choise what items to obtain.

Head - Thrall's Helm of Conquest
Chest - Thrall's Tunic of Conquest
Legs - Thrall's Legguards of Conquest
Shoulders - Thrall's Spaulders of Conquest
Hands - Thrall's Handguards of Conquest
Back - Shroud of Winter's Chill
Wrist - Bindings of Winter Gale
Waist - Strip of Remorse
Feet - Treads of the False Oracle
Neck - Charm of Meticulous Timing
Fingers - Starshine Circle and Nebula Band
Trinkets - Show of Faith and Scale of Fates
Main Hands - Sunreaver Disciple's Blade
Shield - Wisdom's Hold

If you are alliance, you can check the alliance's version for some of the items. Also items with critical + mp5s are not so good for shaman due to lack of haste raiting on them so I tried to avoid them (except Legs). Anyway for started fresh 80 level shaman trinkets are really hard for obtaining. With 60 vote points you can get like 3-4 items so I suggest you to get Show of Faith, Wisdom's Hold cause there are not good shields for Resto Shaman before to start TOC 25 or higher tier raid and let's say 2 parts T9. Of course you can get opinion by someone else also. Good Luck :)!
