No, it has nothing to do with the word "donor" or "dictatorships." It has to do with you trying to name & shame a player who didn't break any rules, repeatedly, while making threats about "keeping posting it." The same way he gets no special treatment over being a donor, you don't get special treatment in being allowed to expose them and "demand" punishment because your feelings were hurt.
