    Weird DRs for Psychic Scream

    Hi everybody,

    Am I the only one who had weird DRs on Psychic Scream, knowing that I play in arena with a rogue ?

    Here's a thread where I explained why this happens.

    tl;dr: You can diminish your own fears even with 26 cd, it's not a bug. If you want to guarantee no DR, you will have to wait 29 seconds between fears.
